Accountant and Logistics Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant and Logistics Executive to support both financial operations and supply chain coordination for a leading industrial solutions provider in Dubai. The role blends accounting duties with logistics management to ensure smooth flow of goods and accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Maintain financial records and assist in preparing financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate logistics for industrial equipment, tools, and technical components.
• Manage import and export processes, including shipping and customs documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal technical teams.
• Track inventory and support stock control of equipment and materials.
• Monitor logistics costs and assist in budgeting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in combined accounting and logistics or supply chain roles.
• Experience handling import/export documentation, preferably for industrial or technical goods.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Tally Accounting Software (advantageous).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with accounting systems.
