Finance Manager – Dubai

About the role

Motoma Solar Energy Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial planning, analysis, accounting, taxation, and compliance within the UAE, preferably in a trading company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s overall financial and accounting operations.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial closing.
• Manage UAE VAT compliance, including returns and documentation.
• Oversee UAE Corporate Tax compliance and related regulations.
• Supervise payroll processes, including WPS, employee settlements, and End‑of‑Service Benefits.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and authorities as required.
• Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Proven practical experience working in the UAE, preferably in a trading company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Good understanding of UAE financial compliance, invoicing, payroll, WPS, and End‑of‑Service Benefits.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
