Accountant & Auditor (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accountant and Auditor to join our International Consulting and Auditing Center in Dubai. This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to develop their auditing and accounting expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits of financial statements and internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Review accounting records, financial statements, and supporting documents for accuracy and adherence to IFRS and ISA.
• Perform risk assessments and identify opportunities to improve operational and financial processes.
• Prepare audit working papers, reports, and recommendations in line with professional standards.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing audit tasks within set timelines.
• Evaluate internal control systems and suggest improvements.
• Communicate audit results clearly to management and clients.
• Provide tax planning, compliance, and reporting services for UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to one year of experience in auditing or accounting.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Familiarity with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
