Management Consulting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Analyst to join Unify Consulting’s growing management‑consulting team in Abu Dhabi. The analyst will support client engagements through research, data analysis, benchmarking, financial modelling and the preparation of high‑quality presentations and reports.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, sector, policy and competitor research across the UAE, GCC and international markets.
• Perform benchmarking, quantitative and financial analysis to support feasibility studies, business cases and operating‑model engagements.
• Build and maintain Excel models, including cost build‑ups and scenario comparisons.
• Prepare client‑ready PowerPoint presentations, reports and analytical deliverables.
• Support client meetings, workshops and interviews, including minutes and action tracking.
• Maintain project trackers, risk registers and engagement documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, analysis and drafting efficiency.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, templates, AI workflows and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, investment research or related internships.
• Understanding of strategy frameworks and business‑analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of core financial concepts such as statements, cash flow, NPV and IRR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Awareness of the UAE and GCC economic and government environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate is advantageous.
