Accountant – Financial Reporting & Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our fast‑moving team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage the company’s financial records, ensure regulatory compliance and provide accurate financial information to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounts using accounting packages such as Zoho, Tally and QuickBooks.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial projection preparation.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
• Provide financial analysis, highlighting trends and variances.
• Ensure tax compliance by preparing and submitting required returns.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA or CA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting or auditing experience, preferably in the audit and accountancy sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages a plus.
