About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join Aldar Retail Management’s finance team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing tenant receivables, collections, payment processing and Yardi transactions while ensuring robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

Process and record tenant payments, including direct debits, wire transfers and cheques.
Manage direct debit forms, batch processing and mandate tracking.
Handle accounts receivable activities in Yardi, allocate payments and monitor outstanding balances.
Reverse bounced cheques and manage cheque receipt, recording, and safe filing.
Maintain bank guarantee records and coordinate with banks for payment confirmations.
Ensure all financial transactions are documented and comply with internal controls.

Required profile

Minimum 60 months (5 years) of accounting experience, preferably in retail or property management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
