Accountant – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai, UAE. The role involves supporting daily finance operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and VAT requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and process financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and customer/supplier ledger reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Maintain records using Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Support VAT-related accounting requirements and documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with daily accounting operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers regarding financial matters.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Experience with bank, customer and supplier ledger reconciliations.
• Hands‑on experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Understanding of VAT regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
