About the role
We are looking for an Accountant to join Almarai’s finance team in Sharjah. The role will involve preparing financial statements and reports to meet both internal and external reporting standards while supporting the company’s FMCG and manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare executive reports and financial statements for internal reporting.
- Compile region‑wise profit and loss accounts for the Sales & Marketing division.
- Produce consolidated financial statements for external reporting.
- Generate ad‑hoc reports and perform FI/CO reconciliations.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in a commercial FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Professional qualification from a recognized accounting body (CIMA, ACCA, ICA, AICPA).
- Proven ability to work with diverse teams and nationalities.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Confidence in using an ERP system.
