About the role
The Deep Seafood is looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to join its finance team in Sharjah. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented accounting professional who can efficiently manage customer receivables, monitor outstanding payments, and support the company’s collection processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer receivables and monitor outstanding balances.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collections.
- Prepare account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Generate and maintain ageing reports for outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer accounts and collections.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support day‑to‑day accounts receivable activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance.
- Strong communication and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good analytical and organizational abilities.
