Accountant – UAE Accounting & VAT Specialist

About the role
We are seeking an Accountant to join Safi Group’s finance team in Dubai. The role is ideal for professionals with UAE accounting experience who can manage daily financial operations and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
- Prepare accounting reports and financial statements.
- Support the finance team with daily accounting operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- 2–3 years of relevant UAE accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT/Corporate Tax regulations.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
