Accountant – Real Estate, UAE – AED 8-10k/month

About the role

A well‑established organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accountant to handle core financial and accounting functions within its real‑estate division. The role focuses on executing daily general ledger operations, preparing financial statements, managing client/vendor accounts, and maintaining regulatory compliance across property portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Direct full‑cycle accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, audit sub‑ledgers, and prepare financial reporting packages.
• Execute end‑to‑end payroll processing ensuring strict adherence to UAE Labour Law regulations.
• Enforce corporate compliance protocols aligned with statutory AML mandates and UAE regulatory guidelines.
• Track real‑estate transaction entries, tenant ledgers, and property‑management accounting records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on accounting experience in the UAE, specifically within the real‑estate or property sector.
• Immediate availability to join in the UAE.
