Accountant – UAE Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join our facilities‑management team in Dubai. The role is ideal for professionals with 1‑3 years of UAE accounting experience who can ensure accurate financial records and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare client invoices, statements, and follow up on payments.
• Process payroll and support WPS‑related activities.
• Assist with project/job costing and management reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 1‑3 years of UAE accounting experience, preferably in FM, MEP, maintenance or contracting.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
