Accounts Assistant

About the role

Domus Flowers LLC is looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Assistant to support its finance department in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling daily accounting transactions, managing customer payments, and ensuring accurate financial records in close collaboration with sales, warehouse and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, card and bank transfer payments, issue invoices, receipts and credit notes.
• Perform daily cash counts, reconcile balances and prepare bank deposits for cash and cheques.
• Generate daily sales collection reports and update monthly ledgers.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and verify payable documentation.
• Maintain physical and digital accounting files and support month‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in retail or trading.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and meticulous cash‑handling accuracy.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP or accounting software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
