Accounts Payable Clerk – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Accounts Payable Clerk will support the financial operations of the BVLGARI Resort in Dubai, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, bills, and financial records while delivering professional service to guests and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and proper coding.
• Organize, secure, and maintain files, records, cash, and cash equivalents.
• Record, store, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Maintain electronic spreadsheets for accounting data.
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical data using journals and ledgers.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute financial, accounting, and payroll reports.
• Complete period‑end closing procedures and related reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Follow company policies, protect confidential information, and address guest service needs.
• Answer telephone and email inquiries with professional etiquette.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related accounts payable or accounting experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
