Activation And New Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Activation and New Partnerships Manager will lead the planning and execution of activation initiatives and partnership events that drive brand awareness and product adoption across the UAE market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will collaborate with external partners to identify opportunities and deliver high‑impact experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Review annual activation and event opportunities with external partners.
• Design and implement activation and events strategies aligned with brand and product goals.
• Create live communication initiatives and real‑time engagement platforms.
• Organise commercial and corporate events such as sales roadshows and consumer experiences.
• Conduct post‑event evaluation, reporting and KPI measurement.
• Monitor effectiveness, reach and message acceptance of all initiatives.
• Identify and secure new partnerships to enhance the Tetris application.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or a related field (or equivalent).
• 7‑12 years of experience in digital marketing, digital communication or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics, cultural protocols and best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Leadership ability to manage cross‑functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
