Growth Product Manager

About the role

Fasset is building a global fintech platform focused on emerging markets. As the Growth Product Manager you will own the roadmap for referral, rewards, retention and activation features, working with a dedicated engineering pod and coordinating across product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define, spec, and ship growth releases on schedule, handling engineering coordination, QA handoff and release notes.
• Manage the user state machine, ensuring each initiative aligns with state transitions and updating the roadmap as needed.
• Partner with the Growth Analyst to set pre‑registered success criteria and act on post‑launch readouts, including kill thresholds.
• Design payout definitions for referral, affiliate and gifting features to prevent gaming and abuse.
• Coordinate growth work across multiple pods (Cards, Earning, Lending, Network, Market) and maintain a single view of company‑wide growth releases.
• Prioritise marketing infrastructure (promo engine, deep links, segmentation) against feature work.
• Drive user segmentation and journey experimentation using Mixpanel to refine onboarding and engagement funnels.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping growth mechanics (referral programs, incentives, onboarding flows) in consumer fintech, crypto, marketplace or high‑volume consumer apps.
• Track record managing inter‑dependent roadmaps with clear release dates and ability to explain delays.
• Ability to analyse funnels and identify critical state transitions with supporting metrics.
• Experience working alongside an independent analytics function with pre‑registered criteria and post‑launch validation.
• Demonstrated success coordinating cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with emerging‑market or Islamic‑finance product contexts is a strong plus.
