Adjunct Faculty – Clinical Psychology & Mental Health

About the role

The University seeks an experienced Adjunct Faculty member to teach and develop programmes in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health. This role supports both undergraduate and postgraduate students across multiple campuses in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai campuses.
• Participate in course development and regular curriculum updates.
• Provide academic advising, mentorship and consultation to students.
• Engage in programme‑related academic and professional development activities.
• Bridge academic learning with real‑world clinical practice to enhance student training.

Required profile

• PhD in Clinical Psychology from an internationally accredited university, preferably ranked in the top 200.
• Valid clinical psychologist licence (DOH/DHA/HCPC UK/U.S. or eligibility to apply).
• Hands‑on clinical experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis and intervention.
• Proven record of successful teaching at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
