About the role
DNP Security Systems LLC is seeking a dedicated, detail‑oriented Admin & Accounting Executive to join its Dubai team. You will manage daily administrative tasks, support accounting operations, and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration, including emails, correspondence, phone calls, filing, and preparation of purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain accounting records, process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, expense reports, and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and VAT documentation compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, internal departments, finance team, and external auditors as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of combined administration and accounting experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Zoho Accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Microsoft Word proficiency.
