About the role
We are seeking a smart and organized Admin Executive to join our Dubai office. The role involves supporting daily office operations, managing leads and client communications, and collaborating with sales and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative activities and office coordination.
- Handle and update customer leads and inquiries.
- Maintain records, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone.
- Support business development and follow‑up activities.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in administration or office coordination.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Well‑organized and professional attitude.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with CRM or lead‑handling tools.
