Administrative Assistant – Al Ain & Western Region

About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to assigned managers, handling scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting logistics and routine secretarial duties. This full‑time position is based in Abu Dhabi, serving the Al Ain and Western Region offices.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and maintain managers’ calendars and appointments.
- Coordinate business trips, including transportation, accommodation and itineraries, in liaison with the Travel & Logistics Officer.
- Arrange meeting rooms, conference facilities and welcome visitors.
- Prepare and archive documents, handle printing, binding and formatting tasks.
- Take minutes, draft internal circulars and manage email and phone enquiries on behalf of managers.
- Perform general data‑entry and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- No prior experience required.
