About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join its remote team. You will support daily administrative operations, coordinate tasks, and help maintain smooth communication across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle email correspondence and keep communication channels organized.
- Perform data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Serve as a point of contact between departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Track deadlines, assignments, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support operational projects and improve administrative workflows.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional, proactive, and reliable attitude.
Required skills
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM or other administrative systems (optional)
