About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Leasing Department in Dubai. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within a fast‑paced real‑estate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage leasing documentation and related administrative processes.
- Coordinate communications with tenants, brokers, and property managers.
- Prepare tenancy contracts and maintain accurate records.
- Handle calls, emails, and schedule appointments.
- Update property listings and maintain databases.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the leasing team.
Required profile
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in real estate or property leasing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office
What we offer
- Competitive salary of AED 3,500 per month.
- Full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai.
