Administrative Assistant – UAE National – Saadiyat Island (Aug 2026)

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a UAE National Administrative Assistant to support the Secondary team at Muna British Academy on Saadiyat Island, starting August 2026. The role will involve handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication with parents and staff, and contributing to the school’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Attend all administration team meetings.
• Type and brand official documents and letters for secondary parents.
• Receive, direct and respond to emails on behalf of the Secondary Leadership Team.
• Liaise with teaching and non‑teaching staff and respond to enquiries within the postholder’s responsibility.
• Link to Aldar HQ for all secondary‑related issues and tasks.
• Design new documents to improve the academy’s effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support for new staff arrival, induction, accommodation and other requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records for all secondary pupils on the Engage system.
• Assist with the preparation of Secondary PTCs.
• Perform mail‑merge letters to personalise communication with parents and attach them to the DMS system.
• Manage all communications to secondary parents, including homework updates and Educa notifications.

Required profile

• UAE National with a genuine understanding and appreciation of local values and culture.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

• Typing and branding of official documents.
• Mail‑merge letter creation.
• Use of Document Management System (DMS) for record keeping.
