Administrator – Facility & Property Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our family office in Dubai, overseeing the day‑to‑day facility and property management of a diverse real‑estate portfolio. The role serves as the central point of contact for all facility services, payments, access control, documentation, and coordination with real‑estate agents.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and order facility management services for all units, including cleaning, maintenance, and technical support.
• Re‑register and centralise all accesses under a single set of logins and a company email address.
• Monitor and control payment of service charges, DEWA, and Empower utilities.
• Oversee collection of cash payments and cheques from tenants.
• Issue and manage viewing passes and coordinate access for property viewings.
• Create and manage property listings while maintaining ongoing communication with agents.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in property management, facility management, or real‑estate administration preferred.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple properties and accounts simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and ability to act as the central point of contact for stakeholders.
