Key responsibilities

• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable off‑plan investment opportunities.
• Present project details, payment plans, developer profiles, and investment benefits to prospective buyers.
• Manage and respond to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and developer site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, homeowners, and referral partners.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Guide clients through the reservation, booking, SPA signing, and payment process.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, developer incentives, and pricing strategies.
• Attend company meetings, training sessions, and developer events as required.

Required profile

• Passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a successful sales career in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building capabilities.
