About the role

SGS is seeking an Emirati student to join its Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team in Abu Dhabi as an administrative support professional. This full‑time position will involve day‑to‑day coordination, documentation, and reporting for HSE projects, ensuring smooth operation of the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the HSE project team.
  • Manage filing, data entry, and record‑keeping of project documents.
  • Support the preparation of HSE reports and related project documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and daily project activities.
  • Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

  • Currently studying Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
