Admissions Manager - English Arabic Speaker

About the role

Dubai Schools NAS is looking for an experienced Admissions Manager who is fluent in English and Arabic to lead student recruitment and admissions. The role is pivotal in driving enrolment growth, building relationships with prospective families, and ensuring a smooth registration process.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and lead the Admissions team, working closely with the Principal and Head of Admissions.
• Provide regular admissions data updates to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute PR and marketing strategies for student recruitment.
• Report enrolment figures, including enrolments, leavers, assessments, and tours, on a weekly basis.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for the school and central office.
• Manage application approvals with the Principal, Heads of School, and SEN team.
• Coordinate invoicing with the Accounts department and maintain accurate data in NetSuite and the CRM system.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service for all admissions enquiries.
• Conduct school tours and assessments, including overseas assessments, as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in admissions or student recruitment, preferably in an international school setting.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare standards.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references.
