About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher Assistant to support teachers in delivering effective classroom activities and to help maintain a safe, organized learning environment for students in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom activities, lessons, and preparation of teaching materials and worksheets.
- Support students with daily learning tasks, assignments, and provide individual assistance when needed.
- Maintain classroom discipline, ensure student safety, and supervise students during break times and school events.
- Monitor student participation, report progress or concerns to the teacher, and keep the classroom clean and welcoming.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a teaching assistant certificate or diploma is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in a school or nursery setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, patience, and genuine interest in working with children.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
