Admissions Officer for International School in Dubai

About the role

Rugby School Dubai is looking for a professional, personable and highly organised Admissions Officer to manage the full admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment. The role is central to delivering an exceptional experience for prospective families and supporting the school’s enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the admissions pipeline from enquiry to successful enrolment and onboarding.
• Act as the primary point of contact for families, providing personalised guidance on curriculum, ethos and school offerings.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, school tours, taster sessions and offer processes.
• Maintain accurate records in admissions and CRM systems and produce regular reports for leadership.
• Identify and resolve barriers to enrolment, working closely with academic, finance and operations teams.
• Plan and support open days, assessment days and other recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with KHDA requirements and school policies.

Required skills

• Experience with admissions or CRM platforms such as iSAMS or Salesforce.
• Strong data‑analysis capability and experience producing reports.
• Proficiency in managing CRM systems and pipeline tracking.
• Ability to generate and interpret admissions metrics and conversion rates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
