Advanced Instructor - Clinical

About the role

Via Medica International Healthcare is seeking an experienced Advanced Instructor to join its Training Team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality clinical education, facilitating simulation‑based learning, and assessing the competencies of healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom lectures, practical skills sessions, and simulation‑based training including megacode scenarios.
• Assess participants on knowledge, clinical decision‑making, teamwork, communication, and adherence to resuscitation algorithms.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in course scheduling, instructor allocation, and training preparation.
• Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Paramedicine, EMS or a related healthcare discipline.
• Current instructor certification from a recognized organization (e.g., AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield).
• Strong teaching, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
