Senior Medical Representative

About the role

The Medical Representative promotes Julphar’s products and services to healthcare providers, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders in an assigned territory. Acting as a trusted advisor, the representative provides therapeutic solutions, supports buying decisions and upholds Julphar’s core values and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Develop and manage the assigned sales territory, including customers, retailers and key stakeholders.
• Implement the company’s sales and marketing plan and territory coverage plan (sales calls and visit frequency).
• Deliver customer‑centric activities in coordination with the line manager and maintain accurate records, daily reports, customer profiles and marketing feedback.
• Organise audio‑visual activities for healthcare providers and use promotional tools such as free medical samples to achieve targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence and report findings.
• Prospect continuously for new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science (mandatory); Master’s in Business Administration is a plus.
• 2‑4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of distributor/agent operations, government accounts, tendering and pricing.
• Strong result‑orientation, accountability, learning agility and the ability to work calmly in complex situations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with a collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for reporting and customer management.
• Ability to organise and deliver audio‑visual presentations for healthcare audiences.
