About the role

The Advisor Portfolio Performance Management – Gas‑Sour UC Growth will provide professional advice, support and strategic input on operations planning, asset performance, budgeting and business strategy for ADNOC’s gas assets. The role focuses on maximizing resource utilization, ensuring efficiency, cost optimisation and full compliance with HSE standards in a dynamic business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend and advise on business issues related to gas assets to ensure optimal resource utilisation in line with ADNOC guidelines.
• Analyse asset performance, finance and budget data and deliver comprehensive feedback to division management.
• Provide regular updates on asset performance, expenditure progress and optimisation initiatives.
• Monitor delivery of gas production targets and align operational plans with concession mandates.
• Review operation, production work plans, capital and operating budgets, and submit recommendations consistent with ADNOC interests.
• Contribute inputs to yearly business and financial plans for gas assets.
• Support governance of gas‑asset business activities through coordination with internal ADNOC functions.
• Promote safe, healthy and environmentally friendly operations.
• Manage and advise on non‑technical business subjects related to operation and production.

Required profile

• Proven experience in gas‑asset operations, performance management and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex performance data to senior management and stakeholders.
• Understanding of HSE compliance and upstream production mandates.
