Production Draftsman

About the role

We are seeking a Production Draftsman to create detailed shop and fabrication drawings for commercial kitchen equipment. The role involves interpreting architectural, mechanical and technical drawings while ensuring all outputs meet company standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings for kitchen equipment.
• Interpret architectural, mechanical, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure drawings meet manufacturing requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on project changes and client requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience in stainless steel fabrication or commercial kitchen equipment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Knowledge of SolidWorks (advantage).
