Agency Sales Lead – MENA

About the role

The Agency Sales Lead – MENA will drive high‑value agency media agreements and multi‑market budget commitments across the Middle East and North Africa, operating from Dubai. You will leverage senior‑level relationships with the Big 6 agency holding groups and enterprise brand marketers to build a predictable revenue pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets tied to the regional sales bonus structure.
• Negotiate and execute regional agency media agreements and secure annual budget commitments for emerging markets (Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, South Africa).
• Manage end‑to‑end contract execution by partnering with internal Legal, Finance, Procurement and Accounting teams.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting, closing and revenue delivery.
• Gather structured client and agency feedback to inform global product roadmaps.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting in the CRM.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of enterprise digital media sales or ad‑tech business development experience in the EM region.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing large‑scale media agreements with major agency holding companies.
• Established C‑level/media investment contacts across Big 6 agency networks and enterprise brand advertisers.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Modern Standard Arabic; French is a strong advantage.
• Ability to navigate internal corporate matrix environments to shepherd contracts, legal reviews and financial approvals.
