Associate Consultant - Advisory

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Consultant to lead significant advisory and transformation workstreams across the UAE and the wider Middle East. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, understand organisational priorities and help design and implement sustainable change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across transformation, operating model and organisational effectiveness engagements.
• Advise client stakeholders on organisational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Design target operating models, governance frameworks and organisational structures.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans and business cases.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage workstream plans, risks and quality.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of consulting or advisory experience in transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to work with senior client stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in operating model design, organisational effectiveness, governance or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Required skills

• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication.
• Commercial awareness and business development experience.
