Agentic AI Solutions Engineer (Offshore/Onsite)

About the role

VAM Systems is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions for its offshore and onsite operations in the UAE. The role combines deep technical expertise with the ability to guide architecture governance and ensure compliance in highly regulated environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents, multi‑agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Lead architecture governance, code quality, and technical standards across AI projects.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce CRM, data lakes, CMS, and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑driven digital transformation for financial services, banking, and fintech clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, solution architecture, and deployment of AI solutions.
• Proven track record delivering AI projects in financial services, banking, fintech, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Programming: Python, Java, C++.
• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry.
• AI frameworks: Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Agentforce.
• Containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Data engineering: data pipeline tools, ETL pipelines, data lakehouses (Fabric).
• Enterprise integration: RESTful APIs, Salesforce CRM.
