Agile Delivery Lead - Commercial

About the role

Emirates is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead – Commercial to drive end‑to‑end delivery of commercial initiatives across vendor‑led CAPEX projects, in‑house product enhancements, support releases and technical debt reduction. You will work closely with strategic vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery meets quality, timeline and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog into sprint plans and ensure timely delivery of business value.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, removing impediments to maintain a smooth flow of value.
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices, assess Scrum maturity and coach the team toward higher maturity levels.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners to refine, clarify and maintain the product backlog and visualise progress.
• Drive delivery governance, including dependency management, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and stakeholder reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary, high‑performing teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with external vendors and internal business partners.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive consensus and alignment.
