Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Arabic Speaking

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer who is fluent in Arabic to design, build, and deploy complex agentic AI solutions directly within enterprise customer environments. In this role you will partner with a Deployment Strategist to own end‑to‑end outcomes, from architecture decisions through production handoff, ensuring the highest engineering standards.

Key responsibilities include leading technical delivery for strategic customers, designing agent logic, tool calls, and multi‑agent orchestration on the Agentforce platform, managing data lifecycles across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake and Databricks, resolving technical blockers such as integration failures and performance regressions, and creating performance dashboards and KPI reports. You will also mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and translate field insights into product roadmap recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of software engineering experience, a degree in Computer Science, and deep expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex. Experience integrating large language models with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, strong data modeling skills, and hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex, LWC, Flows, and CI/CD pipelines are required. Business‑level proficiency in Arabic and English, willingness to travel to customer sites, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential.
