AI & Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-level AI & Automation Engineer to lead the redesign of our internal processes across Finance, Operations and Guest Experience. The role focuses on building AI-driven agents, integrating systems and creating low-code automation to boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes across multiple departments to uncover friction points and automation opportunities.
• Design, develop and deploy AI agents, internal tools and automation scripts.
• Integrate third-party systems and REST APIs to enable seamless data movement.
• Rapidly prototype and deliver operational tools, dashboards and workflow solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their application for operational improvements.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with Python or JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Proven track record integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI and building AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of REST API integration, webhooks and low-code/no-code platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n).
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases for data manipulation and reporting.
• Background in process mapping, workflow redesign and system architecture integration.
