About the role

The IT Helpdesk Agent provides 24/7 first‑level technical support to guests and employees at Atlantis Dubai, ensuring all IT service requests and incidents are logged, resolved, or escalated according to standard procedures.

Key responsibilities

Deliver first‑level IT support for hotel guests and staff around the clock.
Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests in the Service Desk system.
Ensure compliance with IT service delivery procedures and promote the use of the Service Desk.
Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support while maintaining clear communication.

Required profile

Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or similar role.
Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service delivery processes.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain professionalism.

Required skills

Application support for hospitality solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices (certification is a plus).
Experience using Service Desk software for incident management.
