AI Community & Growth Manager

About the role

Join Decoding Data Science, a fast‑growing AI education ecosystem, as the AI Community & Growth Manager. You will be the public face of the community, creating engaging content, driving program registrations, and hosting live events for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily content for LinkedIn, Instagram and community platforms (carousels, reels, graphics, AI news round‑ups, event recaps, challenge spotlights).
• Generate registrations and sales for paid programs (AI Residency, AI Accelerator Bootcamp, AI Guild) through outreach, DMs, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
• Host and moderate online meetups, orientation sessions, demo days, challenge kick‑offs and career talks.
• Run onboarding sessions for new members, guiding them through learning paths and community resources.
• Maintain the content calendar, schedule and promote events on nas.io, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
• Post session recordings, send weekly AI news digests and keep the community feed active.
• Track content and campaign performance, identify what works and scale it.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media or community management.
• Excellent communication and public‑speaking skills; comfortable hosting live sessions for 50+ participants.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic AI.
• Self‑starter who identifies gaps and implements solutions without waiting for direction.
• Strong written English, clear and concise.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar design tool).
• CapCut (or similar video‑editing tool).
• LinkedIn content creation and growth tactics.
• Experience with community platforms such as nas.io.
