Creative Strategist – Advisors Creative Desk

About the role

The Creative Strategist in the Advisors Creative Desk develops data‑driven brand and communication strategies, translating consumer, cultural and market insights into clear strategic direction for creative teams. Working across multiple briefs, the role collaborates closely with strategy leads, creatives and clients to shape strategic thinking and drive effective creative outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand, creative and communication strategies aligned with client objectives and data‑informed insights.
• Brief and hand over strategic direction to Creative Managers, ensuring smooth execution of creative concepts.
• Support Creative Managers in ideation sessions for smaller client projects and lead larger strategic projects.
• Manage multiple briefs and projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines and resources.
• Contribute to estimating, negotiating and agreeing project timescales with Creative Strategy Managers.
• Conduct extensive primary and secondary research to gather market intelligence and inform strategy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with marketing, consumer behaviour, creative and media trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of strategic experience in leading advertising agencies, preferably at senior strategist or associate strategy director level.
• Proven track record of high‑impact, big‑budget integrated marketing campaigns and award‑winning creative outcomes.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market research and competitive analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Marketing, Creative Communications or MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed and proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
