AI Engineer – Build GenAI & Agentic AI Solutions

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UAE institution that is creating a digital‑first, AI‑enabled financial services organisation. As an AI Engineer you will help shape the technology, data and AI foundations of an AI‑native bank, delivering production‑grade models, agents and GenAI services that drive automation and superior customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy machine‑learning models, GenAI services and AI‑powered applications in production environments.
• Develop agentic workflows, orchestration solutions and AI services integrated into banking processes.
• Construct retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector‑search capabilities and grounding services.
• Create and maintain evaluation frameworks, behavioural regression testing and monitoring processes for AI systems.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering and platform teams to identify high‑value AI use cases.
• Apply modern software‑engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, observability and AI‑assisted development.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience building and deploying AI, machine‑learning or GenAI solutions in production.
• Proven track record delivering LLM, RAG or agentic AI applications beyond proof‑of‑concept.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as banking or fintech is a plus.
