Senior Manager - Partnerships

About the role

As Senior Manager – Partnerships at Inception, you will lead the charge in building long‑term, mutually beneficial partnerships within the AI‑powered digital transformation technology ecosystem. You will drive growth by identifying, securing, and managing strategic alliances that expand the market reach of our AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan, targeting technology firms, academic institutions, research centres and industry leaders.
• Build and nurture relationships that generate innovation, revenue and market differentiation.
• Align partnership initiatives with Inception’s product road‑maps in close collaboration with AI R&D teams.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Engineering to ensure partnerships deliver maximum business value.
• Work with the Director – Commercial to integrate partnership activities into the broader commercial strategy.
• Serve as the single point of contact for partnership operations, overseeing day‑to‑day activities and KPI tracking.
• Negotiate terms that protect Inception’s strategic goals while meeting legal, financial and operational requirements.
• Leverage partnerships for new product development, customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in partnerships, business development or related roles within technology or AI sectors.
• Proven track record of securing and managing high‑value alliances that drive innovation and revenue growth.
• Strong background in collaborating with technology companies, universities or research institutions.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
