AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy production‑grade generative AI solutions and full‑stack AI applications for our enterprise clients in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch GenAI solutions using advanced LLMs such as OpenAI models.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that combine structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Architect hybrid search solutions that blend vector databases and graph databases (Azure AI Search, Neo4j, Databricks Vector Search).
• Build agentic AI workflows with LangChain, LangGraph and Haystack, including multi‑agent orchestration, tool calling and memory management.
• Perform end‑to‑end data validation, quality checks and anomaly detection to ensure trusted AI‑generated insights.
• Develop reusable AI components and frameworks for multiple enterprise use cases.
• Take hands‑on ownership of full‑stack AI applications, creating responsive React front‑ends and scalable Python back‑ends.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise APIs, authentication systems and data platforms while meeting performance, security and scalability standards.
• Coordinate with offshore teams, providing architecture, coding, debugging, testing and production support.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience building and deploying GenAI or LLM‑based solutions.
• Strong background in data validation and quality assurance for AI pipelines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
