AI Solution Architect

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking an AI Solution Architect to drive AI‑led growth and transformation for major accounts in the Financial Services and Retail sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating complex business challenges into AI‑enabled outcomes while championing responsible AI practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI go‑to‑market strategy for assigned mega‑accounts or regional portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned with client priorities and industry trends.
• Develop AI value propositions, business cases, and solution narratives.
• Partner with sales, client partners, and industry leaders to originate and close AI‑driven engagements.
• Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Drive AI pipeline growth, revenue performance, and commercial success.
• Embed responsible AI principles—security, governance, transparency, and human oversight—into solution design.

Required profile

• Strong experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies for AI solutions.
• Proven track record in AI solution architecture within Financial Services or Retail.
• Ability to engage and influence C‑suite and senior executives.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles and their practical application.
