About the role

The AI Strategy and Operations Senior Associate will support the Chief Technology and AI Office (CTAIO) in shaping and executing PwC Middle East’s technology and AI roadmap. Working closely with senior leaders, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable programmes that drive AI transformation across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and rollout of the firm‑wide Technology & AI strategy, including operating models and delivery mechanisms.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Strategy Office, coordinating administrative tasks and tracking progress of initiatives.
• Support cross‑functional governance, ensuring alignment and collaboration among lines of service.
• Help design and monitor measurable outcomes for AI‑enabled projects.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that position PwC as a leading AI‑powered professional services organization in the Middle East.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Interest in AI, digital transformation, and professional services.
