Air Conditioning Service Technician

About the role

The Air Conditioning Service Technician works full‑time on‑site in Dubai, installing, inspecting, servicing and repairing air‑conditioning, ventilation and air‑filtration systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose system issues and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Replace faulty parts and complete detailed service reports and documentation.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with supervisors and other technical staff, and follow safety standards and company procedures.
• Interact with customers on‑site, explain work performed and support a professional, service‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Strong maintenance & repair skills for air‑conditioning and related systems.
• Solid troubleshooting ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proven field service experience with independent on‑site work.
• Effective customer‑service communication skills.
• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration or a related field (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with split, ducted and centralized AC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices, basic plumbing interfaces and relevant testing tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings, follow work orders and maintain accurate records; basic English proficiency required.
