Alliance Systems Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Alliance Systems Manager to join Etihad’s Alliances & Joint Ventures team in Abu Dhabi. The role is hands‑on and technical, responsible for configuring, testing and maintaining the airline systems that support Etihad’s global codeshare and interline partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Amadeus Altéa Passenger Service System parameters for codeshare and interline operations.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementation of new interline, through‑check‑in and codeshare partnerships.
• Test and validate PSS integrations with more than 130 airline partners, including schedule publication and synchronisation.
• Support production system changes, ensuring operational accuracy and system integrity.
• Lead migration projects to Lufthansa Systems SchedConnect and assist the transition from AirVision.
• Investigate and resolve production issues in collaboration with Amadeus and other technology providers.
• Maintain Carrier Preferred Display rules and manage class‑mapping updates following network changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with airline commercial or operational systems.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Amadeus Passenger Service System.
• Deep understanding of codeshare operations, publication processes and interline agreements.
• Proven ability to work in live production environments and manage complex technical challenges.
