Alternate Site Manager – SWA Transient Aircraft Services (Secret Clearance)

About the role

KBR is seeking an Alternate Site Manager (ASM) to support Southwest Asia Transient Aircraft Services (SWA TAS) for U.S. and coalition forces. The ASM will ensure safe, efficient aircraft handling in a high‑tempo, 24/7 environment while maintaining compliance with all contractual and governmental directives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a ZERO‑Harm workplace by enforcing flight‑line safety, FOD prevention, and tool‑control procedures.
• Oversee daily TAS operations including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn‑around and departure to meet Performance Work Statement objectives.
• Lead, supervise and mentor assigned personnel, reinforcing operational discipline and quality standards.
• Act as the Site Manager in their absence, retaining full authority over daily decisions and operational continuity.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, ensuring consistent performance and compliance with environmental, safety, and quality assurance requirements.

Required profile

• Valid Secret Clearance.
• Proven experience in managing flight‑line or aircraft support operations in austere environments.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities, especially during high‑pressure situations.
• Ability to work a 24/7/365 schedule and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of airfield safety standards and Technical Orders.
• Familiarity with Environmental, Safety and Quality Assurance (ESQA) processes.
• Experience with task coordination and personnel supervision on an aircraft service site.
